    For those that would prefer to stay in their own home, our home support package is designed to give flexible options that cover personal care and basic tasks. Whether it’s a 30 minute call out or 12 hours per day, our packages offer a comprehensive and fully customisable care option that enable individuals to remain in their own home.

  • Transitions to New Settings

    Our expert team of supportive professionals can help make transitions between settings smooth and stress-free. Our experience includes helping clients transition from school settings to independent living, and from hospital to homes. Each client is given a tailored care plan that aims to support them to live as independently as possible, while getting the help and assistance they need.

Call on me ltd is a personalised specialist domiciliary care service. We developed this service to provide support to individuals to live as independently as possible within their own homes.

We value the importance of care closer to home and have extensive experience within the field of health and social care.

We specialise but are not limited to, supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, challenging behaviour, Mental health and other complex health needs.
